BufferedInstanceEvent	An instance event that is buffered because the OMRSRepositoryEventManager is not active yet.
OMRSEventListener	The OMRSEventListener manages inbound events from the metadata repository cohort.
OMRSRegistryEventPublisher	OMRSRegistryEventPublisher publishes OMRS Events to the supplied OMRSTopicConnector.
OMRSRepositoryEventBuilder	OMRSRepositoryEventBuilder creates OMRS Events ready to be distributed.
OMRSRepositoryEventExchangeRule	OMRSRepositoryEventExchangeRule determines if particular types of events should be exchanged on the OMRS Topic.
